I'm late to the party, but I cannot believe how awful the megazord looks. The whole point of zords and megazords is the whole breakapart and combining thing. It was so cool seeing each individual part of the zord represented on the megazord. Like the mastodon's face being this cool shield, the pterodactyl being the megazord's breastplate. It was all awesome.
This just looks like..... if you showed me a robot version of a puddy and then painted parts of it.

Rangers with powers in civilian dates back to ranger in space with andros having the force or some shit, they never really explored on that idea beyond some random episode. Hell even dino thunder they all had powers in human form. Tommy had invisibility that season. Originally Posted by Dantrag

Besides the headlight-eye-things, it's not a bad variation of the TV show Alpha 5. Gives him more of an extraterrestrial look. I just don't know what the hell they were thinking with those..... attachments. I was always more about the zords, and they look like ass. The organic-tech look certainly doesn't translate well to the toy line either. The new morphers look sad.
I'm not optimistic about what Zordon will look like.

Given all the choices made so far for the movie, there's no way in hell he's gonna be some floating head in a tube lol. A full bodied hologram at best but I wouldn't be surprised if he's just a straight up sagely looking alien. Originally Posted by Fhloston
