My rack rebuild and relocation

As summer approaches, the heat is getting turned up. My basement is already 85F when it's 70F outside. I'm building a little room just for my rack that will have special vents outside to hopefully keep the heat at a minimum.

I'm rebuilding the rack with a pile of new servers before I move it to it's new home.

Here's my rack as it stands. Obviously needs to be redone.

No problems with moisture in the basement? My company makes those racks/cabinets/etc, the #1 problem people always bitch about is trying to mitigate heat/humidity lol.

I am lining the outside with plastic just in case. I have a floating slab with sump pump in the corner, but other than testing it never comes on. We just had a harsh rain storm with 6" of rain falling in a single day, and my basement was bone dry. I also bought anti-mold drywall, and caulked where the studs hit the floor. The basement is becoming a server room/my new office/pantry/laundry room, i kept trying to do it all at once, but it wasn't working, so I decided to just do it one room at a time.
