I'm still not paying an extra $40 for 4 extra characters and some costumes. Excuse me while I go sail the seven seas on PC then wait for a price drop on console versions in 2 months.

I don't get the logic. $60 for 30+ characters. $40 for 4. Right. Don't like it, don't buy it etc. But this is just a slap.

Nah I hear you. It's dumb. And somehow, it's become an accepted norm. It's slightly better in this case versus others because they've outright said it's not content that's on-disc; so it's not a "pay 100 to unlock the full game" scenario outright, but it's still crap.

It's not on disc but the characters will still be in your game regardless as they patch them in for online play. It's effectively the same thing.

I think I'll wait and get the inevitable komplete edition for like $10 on steam in a year.

He's been shown in the story mode teaser. I doubt they would go to the length of making such a detailed character and not include him.

Rain (and some other not-included characters like smoke and kabal) are assist moves in extra modes, doesn't look like he'll be playable in this one.

Anyhow, I havent played a MK game in like 20 years. Not really much of a fighting game person but this looks pretty fun.

I am considering getting it on PC because PC master Race, but I think PS4 might be better for community.

Anyone here play injustice and what not that is new on PC? How are PC fighting game communities?

i bought injustice... i guess i should go put in some work so i can get use to as welt put it "dial a combos". Lol i..... really shouldnt buy this mk but gdamn they are making it looks petty good for the story alone.... And character variety looks like it could be fun.

The Injustice story is pretty awesome, and similar to the way they did the MK9 story.

So if you're a fan of MK9, you won't be disappointed.

Injustice is a lot of fun, great story too. I am not a competitive fighter guy by any means, so take this as a "casual" in this world.

My friends and I are all big comic nerds, so that game gets a lot of play in our house just goofing off. If we play "serious"...we generally play Tekken Tag. lol
