MasterChef US (Season 5)

So I caught the finale tonight instead of earlier in the week.
While I think both of the two kids were slappable little tools, and don't really care who won, those six dishes, holy goddamn.

And we have somewhat of an explanation of why the season was so breakneck, a THIRD season of MCJ starts in two weeks.
If that is another rush season though, IDK. The double eliminations all the way through is part of what made this one sub-par.

I know that the show usually has a scripted air to it, but some of the people on it this season seem fake as fuck. I refuse to believe that the rocker guy makes drum references every other sentence in everyday speech.

Didn't know the new season started. I don't know if the wife and I will pick it up though. It's lost a lot of its appeal (to me at least) with the antics of the last two seasons.

I loved Season 1, 2 and 3. Season 4 was ass as soon as they didn't show everyone auditioning.

Oh yeah Top Chef that's the only one left that actually still focuses on cooking. I just always forget about it since I didn't have that channel
