My favorites from that list are Sleeping Dogs, Deus Ex HR, Supreme Commander, & Just Cause 2.
Sleeping Dogs is a must. The driving will feel off at first (especially if you've been playing GTAV lately), but its a great game.
If you like Super Metroid, I would highly recommend Guacamelee. It was one of my favorite games of 2013. It has great combat with tight and challenging platforming if you want (the optional challenges mainly involve platforming). Also the dialog is pretty good with great random references to old school games and memes.
Tomb Raider is also super solid. Think Uncharted with Metroid like exploration (I guess I have a type...). Really fun. Be prepared to watch some gruesome deaths.
Dirt 3 and Just Cause 2 would probably have the highest replay value. Dirt 3 came with my 6850 and was just an awesome game to showoff butter-smooth graphics. Grats on the upgrade homie :D
Dues Ex is a great game, but its always on sale on steam for less then lunch money.
If you like strategy games, total war: shogun gets my vote.

Sleeping Dogs: $3.99-$19.99
Deus Ex Human Revolution: $4.99-$19.99
Dirt 3: $6.24-$24.99
Thief: $33.34-$49.99
Darksiders 1: $4.99-$19.99
Darksiders 2: $7.49-$29.99
Alan Wake: $4.49-$29.99
Titan Quest Gold Edition: $4.99-$19.99
Supreme Commander Gold Edition: $4.99-$19.99
Dungeon Siege III: $5.99-$14.99
Just Cause 2: $3.74-$14.99
Murdered: Soul Suspect: $44.99
Company of Heroes 2: $13.59-$39.99
Total War: SHOGUN 2: $19.99-$39.99 (bundled)
PayDay 2: $9.99-$29.99
I'd personally go with Sleeping Dogs, Just Cause 2 and Hitman or Tomb Raider, but I'm a fan of strong single player components in games. If you're into multiplayer more PayDay 2 might be your thing.
I think Tomb Raider would be especially good if you want to see what your new machine will be capable of. I found this game really beautiful.
What, no TressFX?
