Open world Zelda?

I am very sceptical for the open world Zelda, not because I dont like open world games, I actually love them. But I am sceptical because I have not seen any JAPANESE Developer pull this off in any good way or at all.

Pleasantly surprised by how fresh Splatoon looks, legit angry that they didn't show anything for the 3DS. Is there a second Direct I'm overlooking?

Also, they got it backwards. Last year should have shown Palutena and this year should have been Mega Man to drive the hype home. She's an underwhelming character (to me, anyway).

X was pushed back and is now named the previous game's title. >.> Still enjoyed though, at least with Nintendo's conference it is games I'd actually buy (when they eventually come out...). No huge surprises though, and a random teaser for Star Fox but they didn't even mentioned at all at the end lol? I wonder if that is no where near complete if they didn't talk about it.

The Wii U GameCube controller adapter will be out on the same day as Super Smash Bros., and it'll cost $20. There's also a special GameCube controller (that you can see above) for $30, and a bundle including the adapter, the controller, and Smash for $100.
