Top tiers atm are Rumble/Lissandra top,
Nidalee/Reksai/J4 Jungle
Leblanc/Kassa if the midlaners are strong enough.
Kalista on ADC
Annie/Morg on support.

Also, liss counters a lot of mids with her ult(zed lb(with her W)). Kass won't be around much longer though. Riot gave him nothing in return for his super nerf.
