CLG as an organization is a dumpster fire, and one with no money at that.
Also I'd honestly still call lift lift a top 10 adc but Sneaky is better then him and Freeze will be too when he plays for Renegades

just in the west i'd put rekkles, forgiv1en(assuming he will play somehwere), sneaky, niels and freeze before doublelift.
that's already putting him at 6th, i feel like you'd have to for sure put those before him, are you saying there aren't 4 better in china/korea/LMS? i dunno...
I wouldn't put rekkless in the top 10 at all, as he's shown he isn't all that good if he isn't on a fantastic team. He's talented but he's a product of a system as opposed to someone who can create their own dynamic.
And when I say he's top ten I mean he's literally tenth.
I'd have Niels at 9th, Freeze at 8th, Sneaky 7th, Forgiven 4th.
i'd probably actually have him at 10 too, or 11 which is why i said barely top 10. either way i don't see how someone could think hes not past his prime.
#1 or #2 to barely top 10.
Doublelift at his best is still a pretty amazing ADC. Maybe not #1 anymore, but probably 3 or 4. The problem is that he rarely shows up with that level. He's definitely the single most variable pro ADC. And that's a huge problem for him. He goes on tilt like no one else.
Even if that's true, a players prime is the peak of their career as an individual. The drop in skill placement is enough to put him out of his prime
So even though Faker's still held as the best, because people are closing that massive gap, he's past his prime?
yep, and faker looked mediocre for most of worlds so i don't see how that's deniable.
and ringthree, the only guy agreeing with you is mad because i disagreed with him in another thread
also, there's a huge difference between a players prime and an organizations prime. i hope you realize that.
saying c9 was at its prime in season 3 and sneaky was in his prime this season are an example of this.
since you're probably new to the scene you'd say CLGs prime was this season, which is fine, while untrue if you watched before the LCS it's not a huge mistake.
saying SKTs prime was this season (still might not even be right, i'd say that it was prob season 3) is fair, but saying faker was at his prime this season is asinine
He wasn't the over-the-top god he was in the past, but I would say that calling him mediocre is a stretch. Also, SKT (and pretty much everyone else, because of the meta) is not playing a mid-dominated game right now. That said he still had spectacular stats and some pretty amazing plays. But he was definitely playing a team game this time.
A "mediocre" Faker is still a world champion. Take that as you may. If you want to take that as he was carried then so be it.
Apparently these stats against the best in the world make you "mediocre":
Champion Games Wins Losses Win % Kills Deaths Assists KDA
Ryze 5 5 0 100 28 4 28 14.00
Lulu 3 2 1 66.7 12 6 19 5.17
Kassadin 2 2 0 100 6 4 19 6.25
Azir 1 1 0 100 1 2 3 2.00
Olaf 1 1 0 100 8 2 8 8.00
Total 12 11 1 91.7 55 18 77 7.33
Thats 28/4/28 in 5 games on an off-meta champ that basically no one else dared to play (likely because they couldn't play it as well as him, but that is just speculation).
peke and PoE doing the "SKT thing" for origen.
guessing it's gonna be peke barely playing and PoE taking over though

SKT gets 2-0'd in KeSPa Cup. Scout started game one and lost pretty handily. Faker played well in Game 2 but couldn't carry.
SKT has been grinding since champions spring. I'm not surprised they lost.
loco joins leaves TSM and joins TL, interesting.
kaSing also practically confirmed for TSM. i think TSM will make both their announcements for top and support today
& Edward off gambit
so TSMs roster for IEM confirmed without any craziness: Hauntzer, sven, bjerg, doublelift, kaSing. basically waiting on announcements from every other single team about final rosters though.
also bjerg parroting what i've been saying for years about only having english speakers on the roster <3
That TSM roster if cohesive is the best in the west
