I still hate the duo at diamond, all the competitive community wants is a soloqueue.

Once they forced dynamic queue on us I flat out quit. I don't even watch very many/any league videos anymore.

My LCS watching was falling off before that with the boring as fuck meta, but once that patch hit I noped out as well.
Now they've restricted diamond back to duo, it's a lot better - I'm currently getting diamond for end of season rewards.

I'm not sure how much I'll play after getting diamond though.
All the negative stuff people said when Ghostcrawler joined are slowly coming true though ( although to be fair and not blamegame him too much a lot of that stuff had been happeningly slowly before he joined ).

Yeah, but GC has a history of ruining shit. He did really well for a while in WoW then just got power hungry and did his own thing which really fucked up WoW for a while.

The worst thing for me is the constant stupid power spiking of classes to create "interesting" and constantly changing metas.
Before the AD re itemisation for 4-5 months there was a really good period where I'd join a ranked lobby and literally didn't care about bans. Nothing was too stupid, everything had reasonable counters.

Now we're gone into the exact same shit that destroyed wow arena for me, where the company running the game is picking winners and losers to try and stimulate interest.

The bit that fucking kills me is the best balanced highest level game of all time is Starcraft Broodwar ( SC2+expansions has been very well balanced as well ) , and GC came out of blizzard lol.
How can one company get it so right in one respect and completely disregard all the lessons from that in another game. Blows my tiny mind.
