Ive found that 21/9/0 works better on Gragas if youre maxing W first btw. Reignover and Meteos both do it as well, taking both the AD and AP stats.

Depending on how fast you build stacks and what the cooldown is on the new Zeke's Herald rework when it hits live, it may just be my favorite support item.

I actually think this is true for most tanky junglers. The benefits from 21/9 to help with a faster clear outweigh the slight early game tanking stats. Also most of what you can get out of the defense tree can come from items, while the benefits from the offensive tree can ramp up your more passive damage sources.

corki/jayce/varus are all fine, corki is more hybrid-y but is a mid laner. pantheon used to be played mid, dunno if he still is. urgot is a beast lane bully, sivir would honestly be fine mid lane as well if your team didn't bitch about it
