My gut is that it's not a troll, but a genuine pic. Thinking some 10 year old kid found it and thought that is what it was. Maybe I'm just old, but I just assume knowledge of fleshlights isn't very common in grade school.

I don't know. Even those in high school probably don't know what it is aside from what it is likely used for. I am willing to bet only half of adults even know what a "Fleshlight" is. I was always the guy who could answer every sex question while no one else knew shit. It made me come off (oho!) weird and made me feel bad for the others.
