    Growing up I remember thinking A1 was to steaks what peanut butter was to jelly. Didn't know until I was older that it was just good marketing. I can imagine my old man silently cringing when I'd ask for some A1. Medium rare w/kosher salt, btw.

    Saw someone mention montreal steak seasoning and pork chops. IDK about that, but this shit here is the truth on pork chops. Also good on fresh ground chuck and chicken breast. Haven't tried it w/ground turkey yet.
