I honestly don't know where to put this, but it needs to go somewhere. I just blazed with a ladyfriend whose last name is very close to "MacGyver," so the conversation eventually drifted to the old show, which led to Googling, which led to this:

I have wasted at least 20 minutes aimlessly reading various posts; it's just crazy to me that people are hardcore enough about that pretty average show to still be actively posting about it in 2015.

It's not a sig, it's the banner for the site. But that font is just ... I mean at least it's not Comic Sans. But I guess if they don't want to take themselves too seriously and they like it, then whatever. They're appealing to what I'd imagine is a niche group of people anyway.
