Yeah they can advertise her all they want, i still think it looks like a polished turd.
I guess this is where I differ (what else is new) from the people on BG. I really dislike body shaming. Yes, being fat is unhealthy, few people dispute that (and those that do, well, they'll learn eventually but I'm not going to fucking try to argue with them), but I literally give no fucks what other people do with their body. If that means a very fat woman like the plus size model above is going to walk around in a bathing suit at the beach and I might have to see it, then ... oh well? I can look away, it literally doesn't hurt me at all. Same with fat men, too. I don't particularly want to see someone's moobs, but rather than making a huge fuss over it or shaming someone for not looking the way I expect people to look, I just fucking ignore them.
I really just don't get what people hope to accomplish by shaming other people for how they look. Yes, fat people know they're fat, congratulations on pointing it out, you're not informative, you're just being a dick. Just like people who point out to smokers, "Hey, that's bad for you, you know." They know. They've obviously assessed that risk and chosen to take it anyway. To me, absolutely nothing good can come from sites like that which are meant to shame people for gaining weight.

and now some pictures of the repercussions, for what it's worth my obese cousin died of a heart attack. At 34. She left 3 children. Shame can do many things. It's in the eye of the beholder. You can either ignore the problem and be like "fuck the haters! donuts all day erry day" or you can do something about the issue. You can use the shittalking and the shame to prove them wrong. It's just like you said, it's their choice and it just so happens they continue to make unhealthy choices to spite their haters. Funny story though, she'll still be unhealthy. I won't. I hope she enjoys the struggles she'll bring to herself whilst being unhealthy:

Holy shit, are you saying I can become a cyborg and all I have to do is become morbidly obese for it to happen?

Eh, you're not alone. Unfortunately, it's the internet. So, titties at the club, bitches in the shower, 0/10 would not bang, etc.. While I won't deny I have a sort of dream girl ideal, I'm not 100% locked in on it, anything else be damned. I looked through the shame pics, looked at the muscly women, and all that. Odds are, if something turned me off, it's not always the result of a few pounds of muscle or fat. But jumping too much deeper risks turning the RIT into the inverse of FoD, I suppose.Originally Posted by Aksannyi

Neg, big ass jew nose, flat ass, covered in tattoo's aint qt at all. But she was coolio.
She actually got annoyed at me for working out.
I think at least on here, we are a bit more open minded to weight as a lot of people participate in the workout thread. I don't care if someone is fat. I do care that society wants people to think it's normal, healthy, common, etc. Those models let fat people think it's ok. People that say they're happy being fat have either never been skinny or can't remember being skinny. Not being out of breath getting up is super awesome compared to a donut.
Good read so far, didn't expect that in the random image thread.
My opinion on the matter is that each person should decide for themselves how they live, as long as they do not harm others. Ideally, that means that everyone minds their own business and takes responsibility for their own actions, but it's usually easier to externalize your issues instead of holding yourself accountable.

I think it's inherently human to construct thoughts that validate your beliefs, and when someone takes that concept to the extreme, there's not much you can do about it.
