well i wasn't implying they did that. originally i thought the Bills would be pop items like Treasure Maps so everyone with a Bill gets to pop one and fight them. but they would all still have those goofy pop conditions like fishing and stuff that the elites have and sometimes you would get a bill that you don't personally have the skill for and you would have to find help.

it's not a bad system because some of us don't like it. it's a bad system because the supply doesn't satisfy the demand. did you know Melt has an AOE paralyze that can't be Esuna/Leech? i'm sure 9 out of 10 people who has killed it don't.

A ranks were designed to be fought by 4-10 people. there is no fighting these mobs, there's only slaughter. as terrible as XI was at least the one group that does gets claim gets to participate in a fight after.

there's low supply and high demand because the game's systems are specifically designed to keep all but the hardest and luckiest of the hardcore grinding until the next patch. whether it's an intentional strategy or just SE being absolutely incapable of delivering content fast enough is up for debate.

that's what happens when people have more than one job and they continue to get unweathered gear weekly. the only people who don't need more Oil and Sands are people who clear T9 weekly.

I don't even understand why they're so special snowflaked about the idea of people being able to BiS while the gear is still top-of-the-line for the 6 months or so between Coil releases without extreme luck/potentially lootwhoring at the expense of someone else. That gear immediately drops out of the lead as soon as that version increases to the next even number. I mean, at least let me feel like I didn't waste my time and sub fee on gear that can barely remain relevant for six months.

They do if they play multiple jobs, and aren't swimming in HA weapons or the Soldiery is their BiS. So basically everyone?

Lol we double clear with alts weekly, for about 10 weeks now, so our main in the group get 4 sands split between 8 people and we still don't have enough sands to gear our off jobs. Beating turn 9 has nothing to do with needing more sands. Everyone getting 450 soldiery a week and buying the weapons + armor will never even out with sands, so if you're being a completionist you'll never have enough sands unless you do hunts.

1) Just kill earth Sprite over and over in the fate?
2) make people hold 99 core and time out the afte?
3) Make people hold 99 then give them to the NPC?

this game was never intended for you to max out all your class fast enough before the next leap in ILevel

if you havent learnt from lesson before, its time you learn it now

lets be honest, getting 50-100p a day is nowhere near "fucking bullshit" difficulty

keep it 50-100p a day and your looking at enough sands to fulfill your "useless dream" only to QQ again on why ur il110 stuffs become useless in 2.4

if your a hardcore and really wanna cap all your jobs, i dont see why you will QQ at the system

also peeps running double-loot coil have absolutely no worry on sand/oil already and can fuck hunts altogether.

also for Nthanalan condition, its tied to number of cores dropped from the fate? accumulative? no idea
