well his LS is different from a temp shout hunt LS. for temp ones, leader pass leadership and disband just like any other person
for his case, his LS isnt a temp one even tho they get in temp hunters. so leader keeps their place i suppose
Leaders are cycled but not as aggressively. If they just go and do coil, they may or may not drop their leader spot/leave the LS depending on their intentions to hunt after.
Either way, leaders who aren't even hunting at the time continue to handle invites and settle disputes.
Having the completely temp LS is just one step further logically.
The other two people I originally started the LS with, haven't hunted in a long time and have not been in the LS since then.
Since maintenance we've had 15/17.
Only missing Brontes and Theda. Working on Brontes ATM.
2x War with str accessories is all you need in a group for full credit on B's, A's, or S's...don't even need the healers, much less 6 other party members. Would be nice if SE could make each class able to contribute roughly the same amount towards fates/hunts. If you want to maximize your chances, the only reason bring anything other than tanks is for "oh shit" healing. Of course the tanks do have to try...not going to get full credit just cause you smack the mob once or twice as a tank.
People forget that if mob dissapear (he doesn't count on your hate late anymore)
So if a WHM medica the full pt and no one sees the mob (so can't touch it) Medica wont be useful
Brontes and Theda downed. All S's accounted for on Gilgamesh since maintenance.
It took us all day to get Brontes to spawn. Started at around 4pm EST, never showed up until 10:45EST. We even had 120 people in the zone at one point (at best, 20 of them eating food).
Edit, it spawn outside Gate of Nald, i forgot the coords but its the same place its been recorded already. I've eaten at least 5 HQ steaks on CUL and another 5 HQ on WHM on those same coordinates and it didn't spawn until 5+ hours later.
Edit 2, must be that % chance to spawn on that spot every time you eat or w/e.
Don't think N Than is anything to do with Core Blimey. We always spawn it by mining ferberite.
What do you guys think about Nunyunuwi? Right now its been over 72 hours since it last popped, which isn't typical. Considering the fates in the area are constantly being killed by atma farmers/low level players, as well as the people trying to force it to spawn, I'm beginning to think there is something we are missing about its trigger, and it's not from spamming fates.
Nunyunuwi popped last night on Gilgamesh as expected. Not really sure about a specific trigger though.
So I tested out your ferberite theory. Over a 12 hour period, ferberite never spawned it. Then Core Blimey fate came up (not during ferberite hours) and it made the worm spawn.![]()
I don't see why people are still testing theories
Maybe because not everything is confirmed yet? Like your thread still has heavy rain for Garlok and minion walking for Nandi. Yet I have seen plenty of Garloks spawn at random times without heavy rain being the previous weather, and Nandi's spawn when no one was walking their minions.
Yea, don't know. Last time on Gilgamesh the fate wasn't even up. Spawned at 3:30am coinciding with when we mined ferb.
Considering how often that fate is up, and that we have multiple groups do the no turn in till the end thing - seemed like coincidence (and a dumb trigger if it truly is simply turning in a large amount of cores).
Well the previous 2 spawns on Brynhildr actually happened in the middle of the fate before any turn ins happened...so I have begun to think it has nothing to do with turning in cores, its a random spawn upon the death of a single earth sprite lol
If you didn't just kill it, Laideronnette is up.
Yeah im checking now. Sadly it popping there doesn't mean it will here :<
Found it and killed it : )
