    After yelling "NO NO NO NO FUCK YOU UROBUTCHER NO NO NO NO" I watched the entire scene frame by frame.

    It looks like the second bullet either grazed her head or hit the locket or something. All the pooled blood on the floor is spread out from the first shot to the upper right of her back. I can accept her survival. Inaho looked like he was in deep shit though.
