I'm excited, Reynad is great and I think he'd be really good at fighting games. There's actually quite a large overlap between prominent hearthstone streamers and fighting games. They constantly are making marvel or SF references.

It's probably because of the format. He's probably teaching Valle shit about the game. Watching tournaments is fun. I'm sure watching someone learn SF4 is boring as fuck as well. I was skeptical at first, but the personalities in hearthstone are the best in any competitive video game, they're all fucking hilarious. Also, they have some of the absolute BEST commentators I've ever heard. Frodan is #1 commentator in the world IMO, I hope he gets better at doing fighting games, I heard he was trying to practice SF4 commentary. Originally Posted by Callisto

Ignoring that he just moved up to A league from B League which was discussed here, he was also 9th at Evo this year and is one of the best Ibuki's in the world.
Though apparently not good enough to get pretty much raped by the best of the best.

Oh, I forgot I don't read this thread often any more. I haven't followed topanga at all this go around. I generally know some of the next tier JP players (Yossan, -R-, Acqua, Reiketsu, etc. etc.), but I've never heard of him before.

Short version is no more level up at Super Arcade, streams are done in house and no longer censoring them (see: Marq Teddy calling Bushin Style a nigga and Aris in full Aris mode).

Oh wow. Good for Valle, he'll get decently far off the strength of his contacts, starting from Gootecks. Watson got the shit end of the stick, but he always seems to bounce back. Also saw that the sub price for Level|Up jumped up to 4.99$. Gonna have to drop that since it's no longer associated with Super Arcade. Is this all because of the entire Mr. Wizard thing that's currently on-going?
Can't say I didn't see this coming, but happy to see that Mr. Wizard was finally exposed. EVO is going to have to be pushed to the side (for CEO, Capcom Cup or something very similar) if FGC wants to take to the next level.
