The thing that always bugged me about Quilan. If the Ancients knew that infecting a pregnant woman with the worms would create a half breed, why did they never do it themselves to build an army to use to hunt down the Master over the hundreds of years. If they trained them from birth, the Ancients could have instilled loyalty in the half breeds and have themselves a formidable army against the master, immune to infection unlike their human army.

The train derails when it runs directly into a horde of vampires standing on the tracks. Nora and Zach exit through the rear and walk down the tracks back toward the city when they’re blocked by Kelly. Nora, who was previously a crack shot, fires blindly at Eph’s ex-wife and misses every shot. Stupid Zach then stupidly distracts her and allows Kelly to get close and bite Nora. Thanks a bunch, kid. To make matters worse, the dipshit then gives his vampire mommy a hug and walks off with her hand-in-hand.

I've been so busy lately, I forgot it was on. I think my DVR auto recorded it though. Was it good? "Good" relative to The Strain, if you know what I mean. I've enjoyed the show for the most part, but man, sometimes the writing/acting is oof.
