Just got Sephiroth. Last fight is a cakewalk if you get blind to stick on Rufus. I need to go back and get master rewards on some floors but I'm glad I at least cleared before the exp dungeon this weekend.

As a follow up to my previous post, it is BS. If this were any other FF I would just go grind for an hour and be good. But with this, griding is behind a wall and could take days. I would almost consider buying stuff (ive never bought in a f2p or p2w game), but the prices arent close to being reasonable.

You don't have any choice but to get ranged weapons and characters leveled. BLM or Rydia with Thundara helps too. And you probably wanna be closer to lvl 25. You have a little over a week before the dungeon leaves.

And Seph this is how most mobile f2p play games are. They are designed so that you feel the urge to buy. But if you do some research its not so bad. I didn't grind at all to get to these levels really, just kept doing story and daily dungeons to make gear/spells I wanted.

Does upgrading thundara to rank 2 increase that much damage? I'm not finding any drop to upgrade but I could get 2x thundara rank 1

It's not about damage, it's being able to use it more. usage goes from 2 to 4. That way i was able to bring 4 Thundara and 6 Thunders instead of 2 and 2 thundara.

took me 3 tries to beat rufus, he kept one shotting my WHM, I forgot to upgrade the armor though so thats likely why

Equip Tyro with the Silver Harp you get from the story missions as well as Cure/Cura and Protect. Use Sunday to level up Wakka and Rydia if they are below 20. Give Wakka a Longbow++ made from combining 1 star longbows as well as Dark Attack and Salve. Rydia will need a decent staff as well as Thundara and Thunder. Thundara honed once would be best, or Thundara base with Thunder honed 1 or 2 times.

Kain will need at least one Jump ability (under Other tab) and a strong melee weapon. Give Tidus Boost and Salve to be a buff bitch that can take some damage.

PT should be Kain Titus Wakka Rydia Tyro. That's the easiest way to do it. My Titus, Wakka, and Tyro were 25 when I beat it with Rydia and Kain at 28.

Boost lasts 35 seconds which means it doesn't stack.

I was cheesing Rufus as not to have to spend the stamina again and would reset every time Blind didn't land. Turns out it may have landed, it just took longer than expected to change between Poison and Blind bubbles on the screen. Just something to keep an eye out for if you're trying to both blind and poison him.

I'm currently using Imperial Camp - North for farming Lesser Wind Orbs. Anyone have a better location? Trying to farm up for some Double Cuts. This location is kind of hit or miss from the runs I've done, but I've seen quite a few people say it's the best.

Desire Sensor works well in this game. I got a bunch from there when trying to get Black orbs.

If you want it, you won't get it. It's the name people use for Monster Hunter, but it's concept is universal.

I see how my post was confusing. Hinting at an item or something to help farming. It's the exact opposite of that; it's an imaginary game mechanic that knows what you want and withholds it.

Also got Sephiroth just now. Rufus is a joke with blind. It let my BLM survive long enough to unload on him. Good thing I powered up a Kazekiri into 4 star for Seph.

I've been leveling Seph and Tifa up in the Armor daily to kill two birds with one stone. After they hit at least 20 I think I'll take them through some of the lower floors of the tower. There are a few good Stam/Exp ration floors around 45.

Doing the same. Actually able to kill the hard mode of the armor stuff with Cloud, Wakka, Tidus, Seph, Tifa on auto. Not sure I need to go to Shinra tower after that. Getting over 6k run per. Although maybe the exp to stam ratio isnt good.

What levels are your characters? I was thinking of trying, but Tifa and Seph are only 18 at this point.

They get a boost in the armor dungeon because its FF7.

I didn't think they'd be able to auto Hard at that level. Guess I'll do that.

EDIT: Floors 45-50 were around 6-700 Exp/Stam. You're at about the same plus Adamantite. Can always farm up enough Adamantite to upgrade then swap over.
