That's my plan. I've fully upgraded every piece of armor I have at the moment. Still have 200k+ gil and now I'm just running hard over and over again (level 1 - i can champion it very easily on auto) for exp and stockpiling adamantites.

Have Tyro with Lv2 Protect Lv 2cura
Cloud with THunder strike (that always miss)
Waka with a lolboomrang
Kain with Jump Lv1
Rydia with Thuder + Thundra both lv 2

Most of my players are near 30 exept Tyro in the low 20

You should be good to take it on. I did it around 25 with a similar set up, just had BLM and WHM instead of Tyro and Rydia. And Wakka had bow. Didn't even have Jump on Kain.

The best way to know where to farm is click a story then clikc show reward

She has a great rod from ff4 elite dungeon. Underground Waterway (Mastery reward). 2nd or 3rd best rod there is.

It's a mastery reward, so make sure you:
- use lightning attacks
- use dark attacks
- don't use water attacks

You can champion the boss if you get 3 stars on 5/6 things. So if you don't want to bring blm for dark attacks, then you can still champion it.

I was looking forward to using Sephiroth, but then I realized he can't use swords or spellblade abilities. Somehow, sticking a pair of Dancing Daggers on Sephiroth just seems wrong.

The next best thing is the combined 2* Katana from the event dungeon, but Tidus with a 4* Diamond Sword is going to be so much stronger (outside of synergy).

I'm using that katana fully upgraded on him, seems simple enough. I plan to have multiple parties ready for things so it should be no problem.
