8, Norg sucks; I couldn't find a spot to bring Carbuncle/Death so it's a biiiitch to finish the last stage even with level ups since I needed to use 1 of my friend summon Sent Grims on the T Rex. Just finished it now, lost 4 medals total.

Had to back out. Gonna just burn a mithril after 2nd boss, too much of a headache to try and go the distance here. There's just too much damage coming out.

My setup was:
Cloud (L55)Fira Strike R3/Double Cut R4
Squall (L40) Blizzara Strike R3/Power Break R3
Terra Firaga R3/Quake R2
Tidus (L64) Armor Break R3/Dark Buster R2
Aeris Protectga R1/Curaga R5

Squall/Cloud/Tidus all leveled up after 3rd stage. Aeris + Terra were already 50.

Granaldo: gg2ez, Quake almost seemed like a waste with how quickly I dropped him. I killed Granaldo before the 3rd Quake went off to kill the adds. Use Protectga at the start.
T Rex: Blind never landed for me on the clean one I did and on the others, it was hitting me way more often than I'd expect with a blinded mob; I'd probably bring something else in this slot instead. Use a Sentinel Grim. charge at the start, Protectga and keep Power Break up.
Oiledicks: Protectga > Seal Evil on Aeris then cure up as needed. Zerg one down with Fires, use Tidus' slow SB on the 2nd mob you're not fighting. Alternate Power Break on both Oilboyles while they're alive.
Norg: If you can squeeze Carbuncle in somewhere (Quake/Dark Buster replacements), this fight's a lot easier than it was for me where my only mitigation was Sent. Grimoire and I didn't get many of my Curagas restored so I only had 7 and I had to go ~6 attack rounds at the end with no mitigation and no cures.

My god even Elite Oilboyles are assholes.

I'm nixing that Silence/Sleep strat. Out of 8 Silences, 1 landed. Sleep landed first shot on second guy for my winning run, but I had a lot of S/L before that.

Grumbling at the FF3 elite with the giant. Boss is easy enough with Intimidate, just a giant HP bag. What killed me from getting master is the giant fucking fodder packs that love to spam AoE spells. The green ones were just out of one-shot range for Cloud, too, killing the actions taken medals throughout the stage. Guess I should be glad it's only 52ish stamina for a future attempt, but gonna leave it sit for now.

Mastered it. Burned 2 mithril but I don't even care. Would rather spend it on that then another shitty 3*

I'm excite for Leviathan. 2 more stages to go then I can do boss rush. And assuming they don't drop an event today or tomorrow I can finally catch up in the main game lol

They can't throw an event today, we always get a notification a day ahead (2 for new dungeons)

Use Intimidate to paralyze him. He's susceptible to almost everything. You can Paralyze, Blind, and Slow him if you wanted to. Use Tidus' Soul Break if he's leveled to Slow him, have someone else start with Intimidate or Blade Bash until it lands. Burst him down with Ice after that.

Grenaldo EX farming isn't even fair. Just ran it 4 times and have 5 greater orbs to show for it. Gonna be farming this til the event ends I think

Tip on FFVII bottomswell elite (under junon)?

1) He's high Difficulty so trash will be hard
2) I has no range attack so was planning to go Mage but still
3) We have no range Wind attacks

Can't you put Wind Slash on Wakka or someone with a bow? It worked for VII Shinra with Tyro and Thunder Strike.

Aero Strike is the same thing... I don't see why a ranged weapon with a specific strike can't hit a flying mob.
