Nothing I did seemed to do anything but after about half an hour I was able to play the game. Finished up my black orb farming this morning, managed to complete 1 level in each of firaga and blizzaga. So much honing still to do >.<

Yeah, I just need to snag some lightning orbs to finish R4 Thundaga and then I'll have that, Firaga, Blizzaga, and the respective 3-star spellblades R4'd. Thinking next rounds I'll actually focus on lessers to up Double Cut, Wind Slash, and maybe Aero/Aqua Strike for the odd boss weakness. Need to level more people, though, if for any reason to tackle those annoying flying bosses.

Not he elites, just the classic mode. YOu need to finish all previous Classics to unlock them.

I don't think you ever need elites done. Just the previous set of dungeons (not necessarily I and II).

for the current update you need to clear up to FFVII Cosmo Canyon to unlock the new I and II

So the unlock order is

1) Do FFVII till cosmo Canyon
2) Do FF1 or FFII (all the classics)
3) Do the realm you didn't do in 2)
4) Do the new FFVII dungeons
5) Do the new FFVI dungeons
6) You done!

But when you finish classic colloseum in FFII I suggest you do the elite version ASAP for Josef RM

I only have 2 dungeons in FF VII. I have played since the beginning, but more casual than people here. I thought I had all classics done.. But now that I rechecked carefully I see one I missed under FF IV. Hopefully that is why I'm not seeing others

Cecil events tomorow; looks like I'll be using my 6* Dark Sword on Cecil DRK again for a bit with his MC.

If you use Tyro as a frontline melee for his versatility, you probably won't like DRK Cecil who has virtually nothing with only Combat 5. Tyro is a waste of a spot as a frontline melee; only time I could see him being useful is with his 5* (which I think means he can backline without nerfed damage?) There's two very powerful chars with spellblades atm (Squall and Cloud); characters with support skills higher than 3 at the moment are a little iffy, but they should still be better than Tyro. I mean even Terra and Rinoa have more base attack at 50 than Tyro.
