My guess is it's most likely it's going to be paired with Terra like you said; that makes sense anyway since the original buff is much better than the later 12% base rate increase.

Possibly. Maybe they're planning on the 14 event starting inbetween the 12 and 6 events, in which case this *could* go live with that, as that banner is also 12%.

I think they just don't want to turn this on in the middle of the sb fest. Though it should have been on from the very beginning. *sigh*

If it's not on by Terra event maybe I can sell my NA account and just play the jp version going forward :D

I went ahead and did my 100 gem pull on the Phase 3 banner finally. Was so excited when I saw a 5* orb come out... got Regal Gown(VI) >_>

Whatever, I'll take it. It's a 5* armor which I don't have a lot of and should come in handy for Terra's event down the road.
