Yea, honestly if you have the mythril to blow on a lucky draw just do it. You're guaranteed a character relic if you get a 5*, which you'll never get again.

It's only a total of 100 mythril if you go all 4, and it's 50 (1 11 pull now) to do 2.

Spending ALL your mythril on stamina refreshes is just silly.

No major orbs but about 20 greater orbs tonight so I'll take it.

And I still maintain that there are less than 5 or so relics, character or otherwise, that are worth even 1/10 of what ~50 greater orbs will do for your dps.

Relics succumb to power creep. Abilities do so at a significantly decreased rate. Be smart.

dont try too hard rolling banners, except that 100 gem every event of coz and if some really nice ones comes
dont just roll because its your "favourite" character

try to roll in such order:
sentinel grimiore, hymn of faith type of SB >>>>> multi + aoe >>>>>>> multi hit >>>> aoe >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>single target

safe up your mythrils. There are really insane soul break coming in 3-6 or so months. if your a F2P player since start till today(except only spending on that 100 gem now), you should have enough 5 stars to bypass most contents already. Just save up the mythrils for cheap shits like this lucky event, or soul break celebrations



go to 2 min mark. you should be saving your mythrils from this point, till this weapon releases! im on 500 mythrils now +_+

I agree with you in that there are ~5 relics that are worth their salt in terms of the SB they provide, but I kind of look at it more as getting some really strong weapon choices for general use. Vivi's staff, for an example, would be nice for Doublecast Venom, but I really would just like another native 5* mage staff so I can run an extra mage or two with some oompf instead of just my Thunder Staff and not having to rely on 4*++'s.

Yeah obviously if you still actually need 5* to fill out your main team, pulling is an acceptable idea.

But the notion that such and such relic will be better than a relic you already have to a margin that is >= 20k damage per target per dungeon is a bit silly. Except for the few select of course.

I have some character relics I haven't equipped in a month at this point. Unless there is something general, i.e. "i need another 5* BLM weapon because my second BLM uses a 4*" I wouldn't blow your load on the lucky banners. Trying for a specific character relic out of all of them is a really, really, really dumb idea. I don't care if you get lucky, it's still a dumb idea.

Obviously for day1 people who already have most of their hones maxed, the story is a bit different.

Pulling and possibly getting relics is fun and grinding orbs 24/7 is not :D

Might just be because I've played from close to the start. I've never been super far ahead as far as hones go, but at the same time I've never been unable to do any fights due to hones. So I might be in the lucky position where I am able to try my luck with the lucky draws, and still do some stamina resetting for orbs, just not too too much.
