Meh. I don't mind cause i'm clearing shit consistently with little effort. Also, I try hard to get realm gear and realm characters depending on what dungeon i'm in. I already have 3/4 FFVII characters 50 from all these 7 events lol.

Yeah my Aerith is 44 just from grinding out the event. By comparison, Tyro is 45 and I use him consistently.

And of course Cloud and Seph are 50. Tifa is only 31/32 because I gave up on her. Leveling her a bit today with the grinding.

Thanks. Out of curiosity, has anyone complied a list of what 2* or higher drops come from what bosses for grinding? I'm at the point now where I'm having to grind gear/materials for synergy now.

Took a break from aerith event grind to max out armors and weapons that I use... Back to the grind now, cannot wait for this event to be over.

Started playing on the Droid4X emulator for PC. I like it a lot better than bluestacks, and runs a ton better.

I've been playing since launch as well and the only 5* I've gotten is Genji Armor. I've gotten 5-6 4* items and an assload of 3*; that's why I'm banking my mythril for an 11 pull. Since I'm already used to getting 3* I hopefully won't be as crushed when it happens all at once.

Definitely worth farming black cowls to craft up to 5*, that shit is awesome. Don't forget to use the close/restart trick so you don't use as much stamina. I reloaded probably 15-20 times until I got the cowl drops but it was totally worth it.

Chaos Shrine Elite drops a 4* Diamond Helm which is really good too.

I got bored of 2 weeks of magicite farming and started doing the story dungeons(was doing Aerith event at 43 stamina lol) and now I'm going through and clearing all the elite dungeons since my team is 40-45. I'm just mowing down everything.

He's a good 'jack of all trades" so imo use him only if you don't have a real character for a specific roles

I thought so, too. But Cloud with the right element strike is doing 6k+ per shot. Everyone has double cut and blade bash (para sticks quite a lot). And I can't remember the last time I actually used a cure...

The 3, 8, and 13 storylines are next so there's at least one char in each from that. I think someone said Squall is from the 8 storyline so him for sure. As for other stuff coming up, someone said it like 10 pages back:

This is a brief summary of what Global players can expect to see within the next month for FFRK.

First of All, Next week is most likely going to be the release of the first Story Update including all new classic dungeons from FFI, FFII, and FFVI.

New Playable characters from the update include Cyan (FFVI), Josef (FFII), and a few core class characters like Summoner.

Quickly following that, a new Event will come out. The most likely event will be Terra's Event, which is a Completion style dungeon such as the Shinra Event, and the Mt. Ordeals Event.

Notable Rewards include the Playable Character, Terra, and some FFVI accessories.

The Difficulty of this event will be a little bit harder than the Shinra Event, but nothing too out of left field, should be easy for anyone who's able to clear "Countdown to Destruction" on the Hard difficulty.

The week after (Heading into May) is most likely going to the Celes' Event. This is another new type of Event called a "Survival Event". Differing slightly from the Collection Event going on right now, you will receive medals after clearing stages. And after reaching a certain number of medals, you will receive a reward.

Notable rewards from this event include, the Playable Character, Celes, 4* and 5* Ice and Holy Orbs, and quite a few 3*+ weapons and armor from FFVI and FFVII.

This will be the first difficult event and will actually be a challenge for people with average levelled parties (40+ may still find it a bit hard). Death in this event is commonplace, and will come at often random times, SL quite a lot.

Following that, in the middle of May, we should get our 2nd Collection Event, which is Lenna's event. This event will be similar difficulty to Celes' event, so Watch Out!

Notable Rewards include, the Playable Character, Lenna, Mythril, a chance to get 3, 4, and 5* orbs for much cheaper, and some FFIV gear.
Rather than Countdown to Destruction, this Event will have FIVE difficulties, rather than 3.

Around that time, should also be another rather large story update, updating FFI, FFII, FFIV, FFV, FFVI, and FFX, and introducing FFIII, FFVIII, and FFXIII into the game. New Playable Characters Include: Gordon (FFII), Luneth (FFIII), Warrior of Light (FFI), and Snow (FFXIII)

Following that, right around the End of May, should be Rinoa's Event. Which is another Completion style event.

Notable Rewards are unknown other than Rinoa being a reward for beating the event.

Jesus fuck, am I just having bad luck in Baron Elite or what? Cagnazzo keeps withdrawing to his shell over and over again and heals up to full. He seriously comes out, does an attack then goes in and restores 1500 HP three times before repeating it. I've reloaded my save five times already and the prick keeps doing it over and over.
