Uninstall the Android Webview Update. I have to do it periodically til it fixes, but that's what's causing it. Also causing issues with some other apps.

Yea, that's one of the reasons I didn't want to pull those weapons and get locked into those characters. I'm half-tempted to pull for the Enhancer, but I'm trying to hold out for better rate ups.

For the 5* relics? The 4x Relic banner is 10% chance for a 5* which is the highest we've gotten so far. The others were between 6 and 7% for a 5*.
