I'm pretty sure Hope's RM works like Vivi's RM1. It increases damage by 10% not MAG so it's actually worse than any other option unless you're somehow hitting the MAG cap.

It felt like he had a zillion hp; I cheated with some AoEs that made Mortibody strip Seymour of an additional 22k or so.
