Finally, an inspirational quote to cheer you up: "I always do the 100 gem draw because I thought it was guaranteed to give one. It's not?" She got her first ever not-5* today from a 100 gem pull and was very confused as to why it wasn't a 5*.

Honestly, just para > poison, and reapply para as it wears. Only do anything else if it will do 3k+ dmg. It's sadly more efficient to poison it and sit there doing nothing than do almost anything else.

I kept it poisoned and paralyzed. The tick seems to be Uber slow for poison. Waterja, Aero and Water Strikes, and Waterga were all doing great damage.

Do I even need full break? Seems like mental and armor would work better.

You just can't let it go. I thought it was through using airplane mode to stop it. Jesus fuck. And yeah +++ is no joke, but i went in blind before reading that poison and para make him a joke.

I took magic breakdown, power break, aerora strike, wind blade, intimidate, venom buster, waterja. I took a handful of other nukes just to fill up ability slots, but they were useless to the point that I started skipping turns to get to people that could do decent dmg. The b/d were just in case para wore off at a bad time, but were mostly useless. Full break is definitely not needed, though I'd say helpful if you have it honed.

I think that was different because you were supposed to change to airplane mode if you didn't get the right drop or something. I forget.

Yeah, it's for on bosses that you're trying to get a drop from. You have to use stamina to do the boss again in that case but better than going through whole dungeon again

Got Soul Saber from 50 mythril pull. Doing the rounds in getting synergy swords! Have FF6, 7, 8, 10, 13, and 14 swords now.

the +++ was hilariously easy, especially for me considering I lack mage gear.
Thankfully I have a lot of Waterja and Waterga hones.. from Belias I'm guessing.
I had 1 dedicated Para and a dedicated Sleep, and he only managed to put in 1 move through the whole battle. I'd probably have killed it a lot faster if my sleeper was a 4th nuker tho.

The +++ guy was literally unable to even attack me. Every single one of my paras landed, reapplying them on the third turn with haste up. I could have brought BLM spells on Vanille instead of cure and Diaga.

I was wondering if the Exp+ fights are strictly 99k exp. The heroics would range from 58 to 79. In terms of exp/stamina the + fights are still better, but I just wish it had a bump to 110k or something pending on mob spawn.
