God damn this +++ is ridiculous. S/L city unless you get mitigation up before he decides to blow 3.5k damage worth of leaves in your face.

What is it with DeNA making ridiculously easy bosses hit ridiculously fucking hard in the first 10 seconds of the fight with an AoE? Sanctuary Keeper was the same way.

Beat Soulcage with a v silly setup to keep life interesting. Had to S/L a few times at low % just because I wasnt used to such long fights and had to reapply mitigation too many times. GSO for my trouble.

Never thought I'd use Diara (3*) in a +++ fight lol.

Btw I suggest you guys level ffvii CID to at least 50 his rm2 randomly gives 2x exp to the wearer

Yeah, I actually had to back out and replan, SS2 + pro and shell made the fight a joke though.

Tyro and cloud have the same RM1 (give 1 SB at the start of a dungeon)
Rinoa MC2 gives her RM2 which seems to be a 20% increase in BLM
PLD Cecil RM3 seems to be receive some HP when hit with a physical attack wit ha small chance to counter
DRK cecil seems to be a 20% change DMG up with Sword
Sephiroth seems to be a 20% dmg increase with a Katana (RM2 not 3)

Those are the first ones to get MC2

A reliable source from reddit says it's a 2.1x hit with a 30% ATK boost. In comparison, Boost and the bard song are 25%, whereas Planet Protector and Steal Power are 50%.

Just for your Tyrath, even tho you will probably ask again

List of RM2 or RM3

Tyro RM3 : Give 1 SB bar at the start of a Dungeon : Received at Rift of Recollection (probably at Xmas)
Paladin Cecil : RM 3 Seems to restore a small number of HP when hit by a physical and chance to counter : Received at Rift of Recollection ( Probably at Xmas)
Rinoa RM2 : 20% Increase for Black Magic (no draw back) Received at Rift of Recollection (Probably at Xmas)
Tidus Rm3 : SB fills event faster when using the Attack command Recieved at Rift of Recollection (Probably at Xmas)

Don't forget Rift of recollection gives 4 empty MC2, that can be used on Cloud, Squall, Tyro, PLD Cecil, Rinoa and Tidus, so if you missed cloud and or Squall you'll have to sacrifice people for now

For these RMs they seems to all come from ++ fights so add + 3 days to the date I list)

Sephiroth RM2 : 20% Dmg increase using Katana : Event start December 9th
Lenna RM2 : Gives Regen at the start of Battle (Large) Event Start Comes from Faris/Krile event either the week after Sephiroth or after Rift (depending when they add Rift)
Wakka RM3 : Gives Regen when you hit 50% HP once per battle : Comes from Rikku/Auron event 1 week after Faris/Krile event
Dark Knight Cecil RM3 : 20% DMG incrase when using Sword : Comes from Edge/Rosa event 1 week after Rikku/Auron Event
Lightning RM2 : Will attack instantly (no red bar) : Comes from the Fang Event 1 week after Edge/Rosa
Red XIII RM3 : Recover 1 Support ability at the start of a battle : Comes at the Yuffie event 1 week after Lightning event
Steiner RM3 : SB fills faster when taking damage or using abilities : Comes at the Beatrix event 1 week after Yuffie Event
Fran RM3 : Attack rarely becomes Barrage : Comes at the Penelo Event 1 week after Beatrix
Terra RM2 : Chance to Dualcast the BLM ability you just used : Comes at the Kefka Event 1 week after Penelo event

Steal Power is +50%; it's not shitty at all even if you have no haste (it's basically a wash without haste), but when you have haste, you can get 3-4 abilities off under the effect of PS which makes it considerably better than the alternatives. Having native or RW PP or Ramza's Scream will make it virtually useless though.

Unrelated, but been working on FF4 CC on PSP that I got long ago, cause of RK, know most boss gimmicks and weaknesses without needing to look them up, saved my ass on CPU especially, lol.

Reddit folks are saying steal power lasts 20 seconds, while power break/down lasts 15. I tried it out in the soulcage fight and I liked it.
