I pretty much egged my shadow and mog to 50. Not like we're going to stop getting eggs.

Yeah I just egg people who are needed for events. Have so many eggs it doesn't matter.
Just random thought time. I've been enjoying the JP side but I'll tell you, those extra event battles are frigging insanely difficult.
my FF8 team is actually really nice, Level 61+ on all of them, two being 65+ already, all of them have a 5 or 6* (Natural 5/6*, not fake 4's) Synergy bonus in and Weapon, and several in armor (2 Seifer Bodies, 2 Gunblades for Squall/Seifer, 6* Gun for Irvine, 5* Selphie weapon, and Fujin's Chakram for Rinoa) and I was able to Master(I.E Champion) the 110/120 ones NP, the 120 giving me a slight issue in its damage output but still mastered it with only 1 medal gone...
But once you get to those Blue ones that are 140(Not even made it to a 160) Fucked me up gooooooood. the FF8 one was against Seifer, Fujin and Raijin at the same time, I got one of them to about 75% before my entire team was wiped out, which was only about.. like, 2 rounds in though because I'm talking hitting me for 1.3~1.8k+ Through Stoneskin II and a good deal of their attacks were AoE, not to mention they attack faster than normal enemies. Only 2 of the 8 team can hit level 80 so I'm not sure that'd help much, those are some really good challenging fights, less theres some trick I'm missing they are going to be quite fun for you guys when they come out NA side.
Frustratingly difficult actually... but I'm sure you guys will enjoy figuring out a strategy... me, I'm stumped on how I could mitigate the damage they threw at me... Could bring a form of Protect/Shell but that would require certain RM/LB or making a spell slot for them... which means two WHMs or one very useless one. Tough thought.
Not sure about the 140 difficulty version but the older Seifer,Raijin and Fujin group was vulnerable to sleep. Dance abilities should also help with mitigation considering they're AoE.
The damage output of Misfortune and Misfortune+ fights are pretty crazy even through SG/Protect/Shell/Breaks. I was able to beat the FF8 Misfortune+ using 1 mythril (so I could build up SBs) and I needed 2 mythril to be able to beat the Twins (IV) Misfortune. Only reason I used mythril on the twins Misfortune fight was the accessory reward was a 5* 30 MAG accessory, which is worth at least 2 mythril to me.
The thing I find with the JP side is that because I don't have that native hastega/attack up/SG or SS2, I tend to struggle on most misfortune fights (some are much easier than others though) and misfortune+ is impossible (The only reason I could beat the FF8 Misfortune+ was because I had a shitload of natural 5* FF8 gear to the point where only 3/10 slots didn't have one.) I have all 3 BSSBs that have come out so far as well (so I do *kind of* have a haste for a few people), but it has still made a lot of misfortune fights very difficult and take a shitload of S/Ling to beat; the holy SB trinity (AoE Heal+High Regen/Hastega/SG-SS2) is much more important than BSSBs and it's the reason why I went ham to get Lullaby Rod in global despite it taking a little cash. I really didn't want to have to spend hours S/Ling these fights (again) because I don't have those crucial SB types and I'd happily spend to make sure that I don't have to deal with that shit when it comes around in global especially since there's a massive difference between an AoE heal SB that includes High Regen vs what I'm stuck with in the JP version currently (Rosa's AoE Cura SB and/or Yuna's BSSB heal, which does a max of ~650 per person even with RS.)
So basically, there is no strategy for mitigating besides the usual... The only strategy is kill it before it kills you and have the necessary heals to keep yourself alive until you can kill it.
DeNa need to update the banners, still no confirmed date for Sephiroth event
We can easily guess the 15 or 16 but yeah
Stuck on the Sanctuary Keeper fight on Lulu's event.. any tips? Think I just went in with the wrong ability set up, since it resists breaks, it seems.
Team is Cloud, Tidus (50 cap), Terra, Vanille, Lulu.
Tempo Flurry, Venom Buster, Reflect (on the boss), Protect and Shell+Breakdowns if possible.
He counter's magic, go as physical as you can
Use tempo flurry, venom buster and Power breakdown (he's physical only) IF you wanna use magic, reflect one of your character.
Also if you can reflect the boss it will help since it will buff you instead of himself
Mana Breath isn't physical.
Just bring SG RW then, not worth it to bring extra mitigation for 1 move, that doesn't deal that much dmg
It's actually its most damaging move although the event version is weaker. At least a Magic Break/down should be considered. The Keeper will likely spam buffs on itself though so you could reset a few times if the damage is too high.
*sigh* not enough firepower to beat Bahamut on Elite before the Doom timer. Too much HP x.x
Well good thing about elite dungeons is they won't go away so you can go back to it once you're stronger.
still waiting on squalls rm2. so much wasted stamina.
If not, ROR should have 4 empty MC1 to use so
