Is Tidus or Cecil SSB any good?

Cecil is 3-hit AoE Earth element physical with a 6.0 modifier.
Tidus is a 3-hit single target water element physical with a 7.89 modifier.

Neither is stellar, but also not bad. Since they both also get their MC2 with this event they're somewhat worthwhile (also permanent stat boosts help).

Eh nothing 50 pull worthy about those for me though since I already have 2 heavy hitter SSBs (and probably the 2 that will always get new level caps first). I'll spend some for Lenna and Rinoa.

Since Rinoa is my main mage I might pull on that banner; the only character I have synergy for in 8 is Irvine.

Lucky always takes precedent so it wouldn't be much of a choice for me.

I'm expecting to see at least one lucky banner before NYE but maybe that's my optimism sneaking out of its cage again.
