Beginner's Banner is pretty dissapointing... I'd rather not use Luneth, but that's the best weapon on there by far. Only other things tempting are Storm Staff/Valkyrie, but I don't even want to spend 50 mythril on the banner.

I mean, the level 30 content aint too bad, If you can get a RW with Blade-Beam or Squalls Blasting Zone LB RW you can cheese the boss if you can just clear the trash mobs. Level ~10-15 shouldn't be too bad if you've at least leveled up your armor and the synergy armor you get from the event helps too. It'll be rough but again, if you can just clear the trash you can cheese the boss with a high level RW.

With the Reno unlock fight, you only need to beat 1 of the turks, so look for Blasting Zone, Black Materia(or w/e Sephs new one was), or Blade Beam, all of those should theoretically 1-shot a Turk if the RW is doing 9000~9999, if it doesn't one shot it it'll be hanging on with like 200 HP or so.

If you try and fail you can always come back when you get a bit more stamina, events going for a bit.
