Beginner Banner lasts through Sept. 2016 it looks like. Ill probably pull on it right before it goes away if I need something. Otherwise probably a pass.

Is the Orbfest exp the same or similar to the last one? Reno and Sephiroth are getting priority, but there are a few characters I would like to catch up on.

And this kills Stormlance Grimoire being a login bonus, doesnt it?

I mean, the level 30 content aint too bad, If you can get a RW with Blade-Beam or Squalls Blasting Zone LB RW you can cheese the boss if you can just clear the trash mobs. Level ~10-15 shouldn't be too bad if you've at least leveled up your armor and the synergy armor you get from the event helps too. It'll be rough but again, if you can just clear the trash you can cheese the boss with a high level RW.

With the Reno unlock fight, you only need to beat 1 of the turks, so look for Blasting Zone, Black Materia(or w/e Sephs new one was), or Blade Beam, all of those should theoretically 1-shot a Turk if the RW is doing 9000~9999, if it doesn't one shot it it'll be hanging on with like 200 HP or so.

If you try and fail you can always come back when you get a bit more stamina, events going for a bit.

oh well. next time. I might just throw Cid on my team though. I don't care if he's good, I play for the nostalgia lol


edit: n/m, bugged quest mechanics. we good. time to unlock some dungeons/characters... I had no idea how many were sitting there under "bonus quests" just waiting for me.

Don't get me wrong, the banner itself might suck but the fact that Lenna's weapon is on there makes it worth it just for Lenna given her MC2 is coming soon. My priority will be on the SSB banners since apparently that Beginner Banner will be around for a while.

It's still the most efficient farming you can do. can pretty much 3 man + so that's 25k exp + 18 3*+ for 60 stam.

yeah the exp is pretty bad. I'm just focusing on cores for now so they can deal with it. they only have to get to 50 anyway.

Name is kind of irrelevant when the JP one had such good relics on it and ours is basically a pile of shit when you consider we got the nerfed version of the banner itself as well.
