I'm liking this new realm dungeon tree diagram that they're using. Found out that I'm so far behind on my elite dungeons that I haven't even done the first batch of VIII elites. At least now I have a bunch of easy to get stamina shards.

done with the dungeon update. pretty easy, the ff7 elites were the only difficult ones because of multiple targets. multigemini puts out decent damage and it's all aoe (at least it was for me) but since he has weaknesses he died fast enough. plus he's easy to get to since you shouldn't use any abilities on zorn/thorn and should take zero damage.

I am now using the mythril i got from the dungeon update to spam stamina refreshes on orb dungeon.

Doing classics, you're looking at every 1/3 mythril essentially being tossed for nothing. With elites, it's closer to 1/2. With the free refreshes, you're essentially getting 2-3 mythril back of those wasted ones. I didn't think last orbfest was worth refreshes and this one even more-so, but doing DU to get mythril to refresh is even more wasteful. Keep in mind that unless you intend on spending every last mythril you have, you're literally getting next to no benefit from those DU mythril anyway when that stamina could've been spent on orbfest in the first place.

Calculated mythril for SSBfest and noticed I had 10 extra mythril then planned, so decided to say fuck it and do 2 more pulls for black materia and or keepsake, first pull, see a SB relic, hope surges!..... and Dragon Armlet. Said: "Welp, there goes my 5 star luck between these two...." Go and pull again... shocked to see a second SB relic, hope surges!...... and I got my first SSB relic, Yoshiyuki! So damn shocked and happy! Time to get Seph to 80 and perm him in my main party.

Let's see... Three more phases plus the first banner will net me about 18 mythril and an additional 8-16 depending on the number of events.

I think I can afford to do one more five pull.
