I did Blind, Shell + Haste and Magic Break (not breakdown). I 5-stared it first try without having to s/l with healer + spellblade + melee + melee + black mage. I found him rather easy tbh, used the same setup for all of them, except I used Cecil instead of spellblade on the FFV one.

5 star from 100!..... It's a ninja outfit. Think my FF5 5 star gear is rounding out nicely in time for Ultimate.

Edit: Fuck yes! Main party in JP acct can handle EX orbfest stage now! Time to zerg them up and try and grab FFIX MCs before event ends, esp for Kuja since yesterday drew his endark bracer.

Suddenly, fielding a FFV team doesn't feel so painful. Faris can use the 6 star bow I've had floating around forever and is good for Breaks. Gilgy has a 6 star axe and can either tauntilate or just be decent DPS. Bartz has his dagger and can help with elemental damage via spellblades. Krille benefits from the Thunder Rod we got from Lulu's event. Poor Galuf, though, forever a Monk.

Did a 3 pull on this SSB banner, see a 5*... Mystern Veil. Gotten a lot of generic 5* gear that aren't a part of banners lately

Yeah I'm in a pretty similar position. I don't have any natural 5* FFV relics but I have 2 6* Rune Axes and a 6* Hayate Bow so it's kinda ok now. (EDIT: I lied, I forgot I have 2 of Lenna's Relic, I tend to forget about it as I never use Lenna so forget about the SB)

Also wtf RNG. Toss tons at Banner 3 and get nothing worthwhile (1x Organyx in over 20 pulls, putting me at 1 5* in the last 40 pulls), do a 100 pull on the FFV banner and get Shimmering Blade. Was my second and my FFX synergy is okay-ish so just combined them.

Yes! Barely mastered the Kuja MC fight on my jp acct, everyone was 35ish with few 2 star abilities, between 2 charges of Squall's bssb RW, Kuja's endark SB, and Rikku's 4 hit steal power SB relic, barely eeked out a win.

Also you know you have shit luck when you get a 5 star from BSSB relic banner (every 5 star is char specific relic) and it is a non SB relic that isn't part of the banner..... at least its a 13 bracer, right in time for 13-2 banner :D

These BSSB banners will be a tough choice in Global And of course Light's has to drop right in the middle of this mess. Serah better have an amazing SSB to make up for it.

Well it's almost guaranteed to be there. Every Dress Record event (except that FFV collaboration one) had a BSSB for that character and Light is usually among the first to get stuff. Don't really care about Noel lol, I'm sure I'll have more uses for Serah assuming she's a mage character (probably BLM 5 at least with a magic bow like Maria).

So no one gets caught by surprise on Exdeath, he starts triple attacking below 50% HP. Could be nukes, his physicals, whatever. SG or SS highly recommended. Along with his vulnerability to slow, Dismissal also works. Though I'd probably say 1/3 of the time. And if you're using Krille, don't forget she can equip Alexander for some added Holy damage.

Yep. You also don't need them for any of the bosses or Bonus battles so they can stay at 1 for now.

Running exp today and black orbs Tuesday others day it's orb day all time long.
