Did two 3 pulls. Junk and Emerald Bracer. Officially done until Terra and Ramza. Selphie and Yshtola will just have to do for AoE healing.

Did 3 11x pulls, got a random 5* FFVI shield with no SB, Lulu's hairpin and 2x Golbez's Axe (already had one so it's a 7* now). Not sure what I want to do now. Still have 150 Mythril. Feel like I need Lullaby Rod since I only have cure AoE's and no hastega.

Edit: Spent another 90 Mythril doing 3x pulls. So after 250 Mythril spent, the top 2 rows is what I have to show for it.



I should note, that doesn't show all the 3/4* items turned into 5/6*. It also doesn't show my 7* Golbez's Axe... somehow managed to pull 3 of those

The worst part is I got the Air Knife... From FF6.

Are orbfest mobs not allowed to give RM drops or something? I've literally only done it with people who need RM from day 1 and haven't gotten any. Took a quick break to unlock Faris event chars and got 2 RM drops just from that.

I got Tyro's new RM a couple of days ago in orbest, so it's definitely possible.

I think each character whose RM3 I was trying to get made it from 65 to 66/67 before theirs dropped in orbfest

Will probably be saving all of my mythril for Ramza event and Squall's BSSB at this point, but may toss a few pulls at Cloud and Yuna's BSSBs. Not gonna go crazy though.

Only exception is if they add Sazh's gun or Red's hairpin to any banner between now and then. The only SB type I'm missing is Haste at this point. Probably will pull a couple extra on Yuna's banner just because of that since Tidus is getting a Hastega there.

I also need to decide on which event I want to skip so I can start catching up. I still only have 76 stamina and can collect around 300 more mythril just from core dungeons. Having 1-2 new events a week makes it exceptionally difficult to do any core things without paying for gems.

I hate 11x pulls. Every single one I've done has given me with either 4* max, or 5-star non-character 5* - often without a shared one either. Every single character equipment I have is from solo or 3x pull :/

100 Mythril scored me the lullaby rod, holy trinity complete. Random complaint: Spellblades core class is now level 58 and his rm2 still hasn't dropped.

Small info for the future

in Edge + Rosa and Yuffie event you will be required to SAP some bosses for medal exploits

The "only good" way to sap without Vaan relic is with Shadowsteel a Ninja Ability 4* that we will get in Edge+ Rose Boss rush. So get Orbs ready because it is needed for FFIV +++ and iirc Yuffie's ++ and +++ event.


Also Yuffie's event will have 5 event quests but imo not sure if it's worth it to do Quest 1-2-3-4

First 4 quests requires you to clear the Pagoda tower floor 1-2-3-4 with ONLY Yuffie in the party, the total reward for these 4 floors are 10x 3* Summon orb and 6x GPO

Last quest if floor 5 which requires you to do the dungeon with a party of 3 members that includes Yuffie for a MWO reward

I would advise against skipping events because the core dungeon mythril will always be there; while event mythril is time limited. Or, at least get the characters and MC/MC2. If an event is the classic/elite type, you can skip ahead and get MCs from elites after clearing the respective classic.

I generally do Sunday and Tuesday dailys, events on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, and then bonus battles on Monday morning. The rest of the time I've been clearing out core dungeons. I've cleared over 100 dungeons since the last orb fest two months ago and gained about 20 stamina, mostly from single shards. While managing to 100% each event. You should have quite a few dungeons with two stamina shards which will really help with resets and getting caught up.
