The whole game is easy with Advantaliate, and it won't ever change. If stuff is too hard, people will quit. If people quit they won't buy gems. IF they don't buy gems DeNA don't get their $$$

Purpose of Advantaliate is so that if you're too undergeared / sick of S/L, then you still have a way to win and thus continue to play. Unless you really want to be that guy on reddit that spent 20 mythril on beating ExDeath Ultimate.

Then there's this guy who can barely win even with retaliate

I missed some very important RMs and MCs so, this is the best I could do with the things I have.

Got through +++ first try no save/rl and with enough stamina for ++++
......... Forgot to bring Lenna. Now I'll have to use a mythril for stamina refresh in order to go back and master it and do exdeath

I really disliked the counter mechanics on Ex-Death, and ended up taking 2.5 hrs S/Ling even though I have Boon and SG in my party (no 5* RS weapons). Counter Hurricanes or Dispels, followed immediately by double AoEs is almost guaranteed to kill at least one party member, and there is nothing you can do about it.

If I had to do it again, I'd consider using retaliate or reflect, just to get past the annoying counter mechanic.

meh almost beat Ex-death on the first try.

Had like 1 more hit to go and instead of going with firaga, wanted to double cast venom just to be safe (2 spells etc) and he's null to poison dmg. Then i died

On a more serious note, hoping the future Ultimate, will be a real challenge and not just a RNG fight
