MX DESTROYED hosts Chile 4-1. Now they will face Nigeria's sub 30 for the semis lmao.
EPL: Jose Mourinho has nothing to say.
Went up 1-0 early hosting Liverpool, lost 3-1. 11 points in 11 matches, holy chelsea
Jamie Vardy scores in his 10th straight EPL match, Leicester atop the table! (pending Man City in the late game) Incredible -- they were at the bottom this time last season.
He broke the record yesterday. Fucking wild stuff, apparently he was laying fiber optic cable two years ago as a semi-professional. Now he's playing in the Premier League breaking records.

Not that anyone in this thread would be surprised, but the MLS Cup game was a reffing shitshow in both directions.
Alas pour Mourinho, we hardly knew ye... for a second time.
...come to Seattle plz.![]()
Nuuuuuu. #SigiIn
Started from the bottom now we here! I mean we only just got back into the PL.
EPL is crazy so far this season. Newly promoted Watford just took it to Liverpool, now one point off the top 4. Man United is about as formidable as.. Palace. And Vardy/Mahrez are in top form after Leicester climbed out of relegation a year ago. Mourinho's out, and Van Gaal is right behind him.
It may not be the best European league, but it's the most interesting.
If Spurs can maintain a CL spot, I'm all for Leicester winning the whole shebang.
That transfer window though is going to be crazy. All that managerial talent available and clubs panicking like crazy they might miss out on Pep, Simeone, or Mourinho. Not to mention teams needing strikers like it's nobody's business.
Poor LVG. He channels his best Marshawn Lynch - "Do you think I want to talk to the media now? I'm here only because of Premier league rules." Then he goes Bill Belichick with his "focused on Stoke City" before telling the press to enjoy the wine and the mince pie, lol.
I hate it when anyone uses the phrase "Title Contender" and "Tottenham Hotspur" in the same sentence, as it invariably leads to a complete drop in form and Spurs go back to protecting fifth place. Especially since Spurs average 65-70 points in a season and look on track to hit that target again this season.
But this table. THIS TABLE.

Goal of the season ...BY TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR!
Dele Alli. 19. Please stay at Spurs forever.
up early for this Manchester City - Leicester City fixture, albeit a few snoozes in; missed about 15 minutes
I did not miss Mahrez's beautiful second half goal, I screamed loudly, scared the dog, and probably woke someone up.
It's now 3-0 Leicester.. the magic continues
I don't really follow soccer much, but damn, Chelsea not even top 10?
Yeah, that poor league form got Jose Mourinho fired.. and rumor mill says he'll soon be manager at Man United, heh. Truly crazy Premier League season.
Chelsea, sitting bottom half of the table, is still in several other competitions - FA Cup, Europe, etc. Leicester only has EPL fixtures, 13 of which remain in the next 98 days. In about that same time, Chelsea or Man City, for example, could play up to 27 matches going the full length in all competitions. I'll wait to see Arsenal-Leicester next weekend, but I'm dangerously close to believing the Foxes can pull it off. Leicester finishes the league season with a tough final 3: @Man United, hosting Everton, and then at defending champ Chelsea.
