It would be a missed chance not to have multiple villains take place in Infinity Wars. You can get Red Skull and so many more directing Thanos' armies and such. Plus, all the possible interactions and whatnot.

Eh, they could probably prosthetic/CGI up the face and get a sound-a-like to do the voice. Of course us nerds will be able to tell the difference immediately but I don't think general audiences would care too much.

We have so many characters we're dealing with. We're breaking ground on Avengers: Infinity War. We have a board with 67 characters on it.

Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Iron Man, Captain America, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver (quick metabolism resurrection?), War Machine, Falcon, Ant-Man, Wasp?, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Nick Fury, if we are counting key support characters, Hill, Selvig, Jane Foster, Coulson, Sif, Heimdall, Volstagg, Hogun, Fandral, Odin... Collector... then there are Inhumans; Black Bolt, Medusa, Crystal, Gorgon, Karnak, Triton, Lockjaw (provided they go with the classic roster), and of course the SHIELD Inhumans, Quake and Lincoln, Dethlock for cameo... and don't forget Guardians... Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Groot, Rocket... Nova, if he makes appearance in GotG2... if any of the TV shows make a cameo, then we have Luke Cage, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist... and the total of appeared/to appear characters in Movie/TV universe is 47. Might have missed a few support characters.

Regardless, more than likely only 2/3 of the above listed characters will appear. Not to mention, TV characters like Jessica Jones and Daredevil, might not even make the cut. I'd be curious to see how they tie in TV-verse into Movie-verse. Also, let's not forget the villains. I'm betting Red Skull will make an appearance (even if it's not Hugo Weaving playing him.)

lol This could end up being a real cluster fuck. That's an amazing level of characters that's never even been close to attempted before. Shit like that works in cartoons but man this could be a huge mess on the big screen.

they could also use the two infinity war movies to bring in characters that haven't been in movies before, like Ghost Rider, and Mephisto, specifically Mephisto since he played a fairly big role in the infinity war storyline, and Adam Warlock of course

I read an interview the other day with Benicio del Toro, he said he is not currently scheduled to appear in any other Marvel movies as The Collector, but he would love to if asked.
