If anything, Thanos seemed to not care that he had the stone (in the sense that he called him boy.. not that he actually got up from his chair or anything..).

Of course he didn't. Shit, he gave Loki Mind Gem to use in his Scepter. Either Thanos so confident he can get them back or he had to put them out there in the universe to bring the others out.

Anyways, there was the line from the first Avengers about how "to challenge the Earthlings is to court death." That would probably be enough for Thanos's crazy ass.

It kind of depends on what you mean by race and started etc. They kind of a hybrid and genetic modification. By the time they became what is modern titans think they were already there

So all that buildup, only to wrap up the big fight with Thanos in only one film? It'll be a mess with all the characters that are supposed to appear. I trust the Russo Bros, but Thanos deserves two films at least.

It sounds like nothing is changing but the title, which is fine. Maybe Infinity Wars will be all the characters coming together to stop Thanos from gaining all the gems and then the now untitled 4th Avengers movie is dealing with a gauntlet-empowered Thanos.
