Reports today that Fox and Disney are in talks for Disney to purchase a large portion of Fox... X-Men in the MCU?

Screw that, give me the Fantastic Four.
I wouldn't mind someone competent handling the X-men
Integrating them at this point would be impossible sans universe reboot, but you could still have X-Men films in their own continuity done by competent filmmakers.
Putting the FF in would be much easier, and I have several ideas on the matter I would be happy to discuss while also auditioning for Reed and/or Doom.
Just go back and tell us the mutants already in MCU were actually mutants instead of whatever asspull they used to explain the powers
Seriously. Xmen in the MCU would be terrible this far in. FF would fit right in though and now that MCU villains (Ego, Vulture, Hela all in a row) are starting to be fucking awesome, Doom would make a great addition.
infinity gems just activated latent mutant powers? <.>
Would be pretty easy to just be like whoops we thought they were an anomaly but turns out they were just mutants which are a thing but have been hiding from the public eye or something
It was eventually revealed the mutants of the ultimate universe were created and not born that way. Wouldn't be a surprising turn for them to do that for the movies if it ever happens

Isn't Fox actually doing well with the X-Men franchise though? Why sell that? I'm betting on F4 since they can't do anything good with it.
The talk is about Fox selling like, their entire studio. Not just some properties.
