I'm one of the "wait for Redbox" cheapskates. But even then, I still haven't watched any DC film since MoS.

Wonder Woman is good! I mean, until she turns into a Pikachu. But really, most of the movie is decent!

It was good until the 3rd act. I mean yes there's some lowering of expectations, but overall it was an entertaining movie. Everything involving WW before or after has been trash, even her scenes.

No wonder. Went from a decent movie to shit real fast. Still makes me think of RLM laughing at how Ares was still the crusty old British actor w/armor. Fucking hilarious.

Also, after multiple listens, I still think the score for Infinity War was pretty basic. You could insert it in to any big action blockbuster from the 90s and it would work. Too bad WB/DC burned out Hans Zimmer. At his best, he could've made the movie so much better and emotional with a great score.

But yeah, it's still a good listen and my only gripe with an otherwise terrific movie.

‘Avengers: Infinity War’ is on-track to have China’s biggest opening weekend box-office in history

Infinity War took in an estimated US$77.6 million in Thursday night previews and Friday grosses in China, according EntGroup Inc., a market research firm. While Disney, which owns Marvel Studios, declined to confirm the numbers, it said in a statement that “early indications are very strong as we look to have one of the biggest opening days of all time.”

Monster Hunt 2 earned the box-office record for an opening weekend in February, when it rang up US$185 million. Second on the list is last year’s The Fate of the Furious, the eighth instalment in the car-heist franchise. It earned US$176 million during its first weekend, according to ComScore data.
