So my head still hurts trying to figure out the Morale change; is it worth it to prioritize Morale gear over non Morale gear since Morale of a certain level will boost your secondaries above the cap for the ilvl? Or am I misunderstanding how it works?

From my understanding, its only worth it depending on the ilvl between the two, such as, as an i130 piece with det/crit will still give you more than what an i100 pvp piece would. Baiscally, morale bumps gear up to a certain ilvl in terms of secondaries, and from my understanding, the i110 pvp gear is equal to i130 in terms of secondaries or something like that.

Yeah, pretty sure protect still does nothing, and it is indeed annoying having people bitch and moan asking for protect and shit everytime they die. Also, thanks for the link, rank40 was mainly what I was interested in.

Another thing I forgot to bring up; I noticed in the patch notes it says you'll gain addiitonal wolf marks for killing battle fever/high players but I haven't really noticed myself gaining any extra, have anyone else noticed and I'm just blind?

^ If that's true about kills going to marks, that's a bit punshing towards healers. I get a few fluid aura kills per round, but I dont queue healer to kill. My priority is healing >> CC >> killing.

I think it was a mistranslation and it's talking about your teams score in the match, I've never got any from killing battle high people. Shouldn't be too hard to test though if you wanted to confirm.

Yeah, I lose target too much due to range to really have fun on blm, at least in the 24-man. I guess if I could just AOE something stationary and splash onto everything else, I'd have more fun.

Scathe spam until swiftcast flare is ready obviously. Also never realized how fucking dumb LB was on casters. As soon as I hit 8 kills on SMN yesterday I dropped 4 LBs in a row with no casts in between, 6 kills from the 4 chain LB and I'm sure I could have done more had we not won on the 4th cast, lol.

Honestly was luck in a 24 man. Within the first 3 mins I got 5 kills and I was just on a hot streak getting several multi kills with my LBs. I actually might have the match recorded.

Even 24mans are ranged fest now BLMs are still free casting for days in them, and if you try to approach as melee, you just get fucked by the ranged stacked group, even with some healers bombarding you with heals. Got so bad now that I don't even bother with NIN in 24 either, lol. For the sake of results, really no other reason to play any other class than BLM, as its indeed far better than what SMN is, but that's not to say SMN is 'bad', though.

Swapping to flames alone took my wait times from "over 30" to "17min" after selecting all languages I'm down to like 5.

yep. flames are really easy to get games for cause they generally aren't as good as the other two and people transfer out like crazy. when FL first started i could literally count on one hand how many times they placed first out of 100 matches (5 firsts).

is flames good on your DC? cause on ours (primal) it's bad so everyone bails. if you just want fast queues and and exp find the one with the most rehabs and join up!

I don't queue all languages, I feel like that's main problem people have when queueing, 'cause most people I talk to that say they wait forever for a queue most likely has languages selected, just putting myself in english gets me fast queues, even when I was still maelstrom and maelstorm has shitload of people. Another protip for getting fast queues is leaving matches right away then queueing up again, 8/10 you'll get back into another game in less than 2min.
