btw, not FL related but for anyone who's tired of this stupid shit and wants to try some real pvp, i've been grouping with some people on ultros/famfrit for some mixed wolves den matches. played for a few hours last night with some old school and newer guys.

if anyone on primal is interested let me know and we can get some shit rolling more often

There's a pretty big maelstrom pvp ls on leviathan, I know it has quite a few peeps who are interested in real WD matches, I'm not in it anymore, but Kiarax should be able to provide some names of some people interested, unless it would complicate things a bit if its not someone who posts on here. Kiarax himself should be interested in this too I'd assume, since w/e we did decide to do real WD matches, a lot of us would hop on it.

I was pretty happy I got into this match, joined a bit late as the last IP slot. Once I saw you guys there as well I pretty much knew we'd have the win in the bag for sure.

Cool, that'd be awesome! let me know if you guys can come up with a list. Kinda sucks to coordinate cross server but for now we can use skype/gtalk for whomever wants to. Anyone's really welcome but we're primarily looking for the higher pvp ranked players just to speed up the queues. I'd really love to be able to do nightlies the way we used to on behemoth, and for a while we were really trying hard to get cross-server weekend runs going with the intent of doing them a few times a week. Ideally we'd be able to have everyone sit in one chat channel (we were using IRC before) and have enough people that we could have multiple den games on demand either set 4v4 teams or mixed.

btw if you ever see rum raisin around let him know the ultros guys are back and helping to gather people primal players again. we're also looking to set up rankings and we recorded many of our matches and stats from last nights games, which is something we hope to have as an ongoing feature.

also yeah that match was surprisingly close considering the amount of talent we had that game. nice to consistently have the better players after a long time of mael running the games.

Felt a little bad, he probably spent a couple minutes running around thinking he was so awesome only to be knocked off the second he got up the ramp.

I asked a friend of mine to give the msg to rum, she's in the same FC with him, I'll double check with her later to see if she made sure to let him know. If I decide to join the LS again, I'll bring sure to bring it up with the people there.

Is there any confirmation that a knockoff counts as a kill?

I almost got Battle High as a healer on Saturday. Snipers gonna snipe!

Yes, it counts. Not sure how it determines who killed them, but it definitely counts. Also, in a rather unfortunate incident last night I got knocked off with Battle High by a Maelstrom Scholar only to land on another ledge. Then my attempt to jump onto the ramp failed, I died, and the Maelstrom got the kill. (A member of the Maelstrom has defeated a member of the Order of the Twin Adder with Battle High!) Considering I was the only dead person, yes. Additionally, I'm 80% sure knockoffs count for Slaughterhouse achievements, and I have a healer friend who is rather adept at sniping kills with Ruin II and Energy Drain who has gotten Battle High from Aura Blasting some schmucks off cliffs.

It's likely last offensive action before the victim dies which determines credit, though I'm a little unsure of how it works with DoTs.

I have gotten battle high as healer a few times so it definitely counts. I have noticed that sometimes it is iffy though and I usually get credit if I dot them up before knocking them off rather then just knocking them off.
