If the problem is the GPU he can always remove it and use the motherboards on board gpu to test it.

I said it in the original thread about that stream but putting a PC together is IKEA shit now, the fact that it took him so long to do it says a lot about how long it's going to take to troubleshoot the things that take actual knowledge to do quickly.

From cracking the case to Install OS only took a couple hours for my first computer, and most of it was being super careful about getting the CPU & heatsink in because that shit scares me.

Cabling and heatsink depending on the size tend to be where most time is spent. It took me four hours on my first build mostly due to having issues attaching the fans to the heatsink (Noctuna) and getting the cable runs going the direction I wanted.

yeah. a lot of my time was spent reading manuals to make sure i got things right, too. not as much as cabling, though. i tore it back down at least twice trying to get the cabling to fit nicely lol.

Hah. Well, I enjoyed listening to his reading of your e-mail (and the response to it) even though I don't play FFXIV anymore.
I might just have to listen to this guy read e-mails every so often. He's good, or at least entertaining.
