All you newfangled squids and your cards and shit in boot camp. We had paper chit books in bootcamp. I think it had like $50 worth of "chits" all $1 each. I think I have some stashed in my cruisebook from bootcamp. Making playing cards out of the cardboard from the back of our notepads and playing tonk and guts with chits, ah memories

We still had those in 2003. I remember people playing poker with them during Sunday routine. I imagine that sort of thing had something to do with switching to the card system, heh.
