    From the link

"Additionally, the eudaemon segment used in reconstructing the eudaemon key item affects what kinds of special effects are present on each level. Vanquishing particular NMs within each section will remove these effects."

And "Special foes may be present in an Alluvion Skirmish depending on the type of eudaemon segment used and the area where the battles take place. These monsters confer special benefits and weaknesses on all enemies appearing within the Skirmish, including bosses. These effects are naturally double-edged swords, and which monsters confer which effects can be found in the table below. These monsters can see through all attempts to avoid them and will link with nearby monsters, so take care should you choose to leave them alive."

tl;dr certain parts will give a buff AND and nerf to all mobs including the boss in the zone and provide you with a special mob that if killed remove those effects so you might want to keep that mob alive

Has a pattern been found into which eudamon part makes which NM pop up, or more likely to pop up? In the runs I made there seemed to be a clearn pattern concerning that, but could never grasp it.

Is it reasonable possible to solo or possibly dual box this for base weapons?

From a Magic user standpoint Rala NMs are cancer mostly but Cirdas can be solod in maybe 5-10 minute each if you dont die. Arcane Golem and Behemoth take Gravity well. No clue anymore about the Bugard and Bee is immune but clunky. Definetly way beefier than Rakaz where some NMs literally expode to magic in 20-30 secs.

Last time I did a run was with a few thf's after the 1hand update and stuff was dying pretty fast so I think a thf or dnc + whm and trusts would be able to kill a least a few NMs depending on what tier body you use. The really annoying NM in rala is the uragnite you'll want some kind of ranged/magic damage when it's in shell because it has crazy ice spikes and poison aura. Nothings too bad in Ciradas beside behemoth if you let it level up too much. The gnat-baby thing spams ice spells but you can resist pretty well with barblizzara and a decent set. I think something resets hate on it but I can't remember what.

Blu owns cirdas. I was able to simultaneously solo the bugard and golem with dt gear and cocoon when both nms popped on my party as soon as we warped to a new level(killed pretty much everyone except me). stunning bugard whenever it casts breakga aside, they posed little threat. While i didnt enter solo, i virtually soloed 2nm simultaneously without trusts, so i'm sure most blus or other jobs could solo it too. They take damage well, and with 3k sanguine blades and 1800 defense i was hard to kill, was a 4-4-4 by the way. Rala seems harder, never tried to solo, corse has charm and a few other nm suck.

The gnat boss didnt seem bad. The whm i was with didnt speak english and didnt bother with barbliz, with basic mdt set, probably like 20-25ish mdt and shell v, none of the gnat's chainspelled blizzard spells dealt more than 450 damage. Was also suceptible to sudden lunge i recall. Everything in cirdas could be crippled with sudden lunge.

Since weapons are 100% drop rate, could conceivably enter a low tier and just quickly spawn mistmaws and kill for weapons and pray you get the one you need.

Now how would that work? I tried a couple of times on thf yesterday but often it would take almost 8 or so minutes to spawn and then would take forever to find said mistmaw so I would often barely find it by the 15 minutes. Is there something I'm missing? Easier ways to find mobs?

Oh also should add I'm only really concerned with cirdas for now

Edit: Also which Eudaemon pieces? The table on the previous page kinda contradicts what the bg wiki page says

Most important for party play is:

    Shield = Heartwing = Widescan

However the Heartwing itself is kind of a dick.

I havent seen anything yet that would contradict SEs official table.

Not gonna lie, i will apradar it up to find mobs. Sneak/invis works and movement speed.

yeah guess I'll have to shield it up then... though having to kill the forced NM will take time too. Unfortunately my mules don't have movement speed. The mistmaw appears on each level right? So I can just using higher tier body to give myself more time no?

Every level will have 1 Mistmaw at the end.

    The 2 exceptions are:

    A) You get "lucky" and get MegaBoss floor
    B) You roll the 4 mistmaw floor. If this floor is rolled it is impossible to roll MegaBoss floor after in the same run. Every Mistmaw killed will also add 1 drop to your chest. You can however port up after only 1.

And do I have to finish each floor to get rewards? The weapons direct drop from the mistmaws right? Skirmish pieces are cheap right now and I literally have more high tier torsos then I can sell as is

Once you kill the first floors mistmaw you can toss Fenestral key at any point. The weapons are a direct drop. Each NM always drops 1 of its 2 weapons.

Mistmaws in cirdas are piss easy. Really. The rala ones, specifically corse and gallu are a pain.

... and Chairguy putting up his intimidation shit.

    EDIT: From the OF

    New Alluvion Skirmishes

We’ll be adding new Alluvion skirmishes that take place in Yorcia Weald. You’ll be able to add a third arcane glyptic to weapons and we’ll also be preparing new armor sets. The rewards will be stronger, but naturally the mechanics will also be enhanced, so please look forward to it!

Hmmm.... So that would mean... A new tip/orb/bluh type!!
    Snow, leaf, and w/e.
Idr, but if you use a leaf when a thing has a snow augment, it does not erase the snow augment, right?

So yeah shield made a huge difference. Went and did a 3/3/3 and did all the floors first time though dang that chainspell blizzaga and the golem spamming stuff got me low a few times. Yay both weapons I wanted. Now time to slash my wrists with rng

Hmm what stats are missing though, unless it's gonna be job specific boosts?

Of things we've seen as augments dual wield, pet mab/macc, refresh, base stats, mdb, wsacc, Enmity, recycle, etc. Also could overlap too
