    T1 is relatively difficult with even a modestly good group. Some of the NMs are just huge time sinks that you can't realistically do the NM and then the Cairn NM on the next floor in just 15minutes. The Urganite goes inside his shell and even when nuked hard, stays in there for a good while, the Corse spams charm and just takes damn long to kill with having to keep sleeping people. Tried a bunch of T1's with WHM RDM BRD MNK SAM DRG and we would beat the Mistmaw NM but unrealistic to beat the subsequent boss in only 2-3 minutes. It takes a min or two to buff at start, then another 3-4min looking for the correct Noetic to pop the boss, then killing adds/rebuffing, boss has time-sinky properties like Charm and hiding in the shell, 15min just isn't enough to tackle the the first and secondary boss(not even counting the other NMs spread out in the zone that increase drops like Heartwings or Krabatoa's).

    Thread to post all your finding and drops/mechanics discovered and augments!~

    I haven't done the event yet but
    Rala V + Torso V + Legs V
    + Eudaemon shield = 2000 bayld to form a trig
    or
    + Eudaemon Ring = 1800 gil
    or
    + Eudaemon Cape = 1700 gil
    or
    + Eudaemon Blade instead = 1600 gil

    So this must mean something

    So the tier list is
    Blade = T1
    Cape = T2
    Ring = T3
    Sash = T4
    Shield = T5

    Easy peasy. I'll update the first post I guess, someone should totally put this stuff on BGwiki!

    I can't adequately express how frustrating it is that they left GEO off of that staff ._.

    But they gave you the silly melee club... while leaving the only job with A club skill off of it

    Just met the NPC, too. She ported us either 1floor up or changed pop conditions to 1 Butterfly.

    Oh, also there was a friendly rabbit on one floor. Was randomly attacking fodder mobs and helped us take down one of the big butterflies. Might be what the message you get when you kill the craklaw is about.

    Also, it seems like light skillchains level up the behemoth.

    I wonder why she wouldn't talk to me. Maybe because I hadn't popped the mistmaw yet?

    They just posted on the o forums that the different items used to make different pops favoured different kinds of jobs:

    "Alluvion skirmishes are content where the map layout and monster placement varies each time you challenge it. However, it's not completely random, and depending on how you organize the five new types of simulacrum segments there are certain patterns, so it's possible to form strategies based on the segments you select.

    Additionally, depending on the type of simulacrum segment, special monsters will spawn that affect the entire skirmish. These special monsters will affect players by giving two types of positive and negative effects, and depending on your job you'll be able to gain an edge by using these special effects. We hope you have fun organizing parties to go along with the types of simulacrum segments you possess.

    Segment Name and the Respective Advantageous Jobs

    Segment Name Advantageous Job

    Eudaemon shield Tank jobs
    Eudaemon blade Physical damage dealers
    Eudaemon ring Magical damage dealers
    Eudaemon cape Healers
    Eudaemon sash Pet jobs"

    I am having trouble visioning how this will change party set ups much... but willing to be surprised.

    So how are jobs divided? Is DNC a healer or physical damage dealer? How about RDM?

    What do they mean by "gaining advantage"?
    I can understand PLD (strong NMs which require a PLD to tank them), I could understand physical weak mobs vs magical weak mobs too.
    But healers? Or Pet jobs? How can you make them "advantaging"? o.O

    Maybe they just meant drops?

    I find the explanation of Eudaemon interesting. So you can take a party of 6 white mages, use Cape, and expect what? NPCs that you can heal bomb as your objective?
    Eudaemon's is almost suggesting that you stack based on the advantage rather than have a balanced mixed of jobs as done previously?

    edit: and inverted to account for the disadvantage is...... high HP mobs since you have 6 WHMs? or blunt-resistant mobs? so lost lol
