Anyone have a good app for recording weight/sets/reps per exercise? I used to never have a problem remembering what I did before but I'm old now

Summer's over in a month
Y'all live in the LA area, unless you plan on getting in the water you can always go shirtless
Half the time i spend in the gym isn't because I think I need more volume, it's to keep me out of the house where I would eat too much.
tonights lifts:
DL| 135x2 225x2 275x1 275x0 225x0 , almost breakdown in front of security camera while staring at bar for 20min. lay down in parking lot til someone showed up.
vibing n thriving.
alright chucklefucks tryna follow that big cunt's advice and keep it at 10-12 sets a week (still figuring out set division), hitting every muscle group twice, 4 day split. any all suggestions are welcome
day 1 - flat bench press, cable flyes, lateral raises, bis + tris
day 2 - trap bar deadlifts, back squat, bent over rows, kettle bell swings
day 3 - overhead press, shrugs, incline bench press, hamstring curls
day 4 - goblet squat, hip thrust, seated cable rows/pull ups, bis + tris
postscript i ain't gonna roid and play competitive basketball twice a week + surf/hike once a week + yoga twice a week so can't be dying in the gym
Morning Workout:
Comp Squat 2/3 @375
Comp Squat 5/4 @335
Comp Bench 2/1 @245 (shoulder injury, so i have to take it light)
Comp Bench 2/3 @230
Comp Bench 3/5 @220
RDL 3/8 @ 325
Pendlay Row 245 /2RIR
Tempo ab wheel 3/8
Goblet squats are meh since your upper body and grip strength becomes a limiting factor. Might as well do Hack Squats or Leg Press. Why the Kettlebell Swings? If you want HIIT add a 5th day and do a Kettlebell only HIIT workout. The mixture of exercises is a bit odd. Throw those hamstring curls in with the rest of your leg exercises. Do an Upper/Lower split.
the mix is odd as hell but the whole point is brodude suggested hitting all major muscle groups twice a week ergo splitting hamstring curls off of dl / squat day
good looking out on gobbos i'll swap em out
Upper/lower split and there's your muscle groups getting hit 2x/week.
Upper A: Push focus throw in one/two back exercises
Lower A: Quad/calves focus with one/two hamstring/glute
Upper B: Pull focus biceps with one or two push
Lower B: Hamstring/Glute focus
You can do some pump work at the end of each workout it takes like ~10 minutes if that, with some super sets at the end.
Zero To Hero is my fave, I asked in here a few weeks ago but I just can't not use this one. Super easy to use and also has some importable templates too.
5x5 is good for strength/powerlifting but I'm 100% sold on the "if you just wanna look good and feel good and healthy and not lift big for numbers/ego, just go 8-12 rep range" Also fuck doing pure flat bench, deadlifts, squats or other pure powerlifting lifts. Dumbbell incline and machine press gonna hit everything you need chest wise, leg press and leg extension gonna hammer those legs just fine.have been feeling pretty stagnant lately just blasting 4 5x5s per muscle group once a week
Day 3 of Proviron and my fucking god, this is awful. I thought Tren made me horny but this is another level.

Yo what....why am I taking test cypionate then?! haha. The drug has no estrogenic effects.[1][2]
Test E 500mg/week plus Proviron... do it.
I feel any andro steroid will just due to Test conversion into DHT and if you got shit genetics (like me) that DHT fucks up your hair. I'm only on 100mg/week and was seeing thinning/recession on spots. Just shaved my head for now and doing some topical fin to see if that helps any. Thankfully I look good bald, hooray
Get some low dose oral minoxidil, significantly more effective than topical.
